Hours: 20 Hours week

Our agency will highlight initiatives dedicated to eliminating the stigma and taboo associated with being afflicted with HIV/AIDS within our Latin-American and Caribbean Communities in USA.

GRANTS WRITER/CONTRACTS ASSOCIATE. Handle agency-wide grant writing efforts to secure external support for ongoing programs; research and apply for grants, prepare contracts, review for accuracy, procure signatures & ensure submission on a timely basis. Req. B.A./B.S. in Social Work, Sociology, English, or related field; min of 2 years grant contracts procedures preferred; strong research & writing skills; an interest in Human Services; keen attention to detail. Familiar with RFPs (Request for Proposals). Identify funding sources.

Bachelor’s degree ( B.A / B.S, in social work, Sociology, English, or related field)

Graduate program. Masters ( MBA / MBS / MPH preferred, or related field ).

Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.

Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to Healthy Latino Community Inc Nonprofit’s mission.
